Activity Objective:
Students will use the percent bar model to help solve three types of percent problems.
Previous Learning:
In Grade 4, students learned how to write halves, fourths, tenths, and hundredths as percents. Students also need to be able to convert between fractions and decimals and to simplify and write equivalent fractions.
